Dine in the main dining room anytime between 5:45 and 9:30 PM. Guests are usually seated within 20 minutes on a first-come, first-serve basis, depending on party size. Parties of 10 or more may need to be accommodated at different tables.

The Chef's Table
This exclusive dining event for 12 lucky guests features a multi-course dinner hosted by one of Carnival's master chefs. The evening includes a private cocktail reception, a tour of the galley led by the chef, and a sumptuous dinner in a non-traditional dining venue, such as the gallery or the library. (Dining location depends on the vessel).
Seating Times: TBA
Dress: We suggest formal attire.
Costs: $75 per dining guest; the fee does not include specialty beverages, beer, wine, and soft drinks which are offered at current bar menu prices.
Reservations are required and need to be made onboard at the ship's guest service desk.
The Chef's Art Steakhouse
This exclusive, reservation-only steakhouse features mouth-watering prime beef cooked to perfection. Guests can also choose from a fantastic selection of seafood entrees, gourmet appetizers, an extensive wine list and decadent desserts.
Seating Times: Open for dinner 6-9:30 PM. Please allow 2 1/2 hours for your dining experience.
Dress: We suggest formal attire.
Costs: A nominal fee of $35 USD per dining guest, including gratuities. The fee does not include specialty beverages, beer, wine, and soft drinks which are offered at current bar menu prices.

The Crimson and Scarlet Restaurants
Enjoy delicious cuisine at the ship's two main dining rooms.

This two-floor casual buffet restaurant features a wide array of cuisines sure to appease the most finicky of appetites. Choose from made to order pasta dishes, burritos, deli sandwiches, fresh stir-fry creations, Indian-style cuisine, a plethora of salads, desserts and other numerous dishes from around the globe that are to sure to satisfy your hunger.
