Nice Cruise...very relaxing
by Jason M from Cincinnati, OH
Sailing date:
Oct 2009
Pros:
Mostly everything!
Cons:
Belize City port
Fairly decent ship...Not much of an "extreme makeover" as they claim and some parts of the ship are begining to show its age. Staterooms and most other areas were clean and in good shape.
Ship Details:
Ship Quality
Dining/Food
Great service in all dining areas...Steak quality was not the best. Ordered medium-well, recieved well-well.
Stateroom Quality
Very clean and tidy...a little too cramped in shower.
Ship Staff Quality
Staff was great and very willing to help.
Entertainment & Activities
Very good shows before or after dinner. Cruise director Paul was very entertaining.

The WORST ever!
by A Traveler from Great Neck, NY
Sailing date:
Feb 2009
Pros:
The dinning room staff
Cons:
The ship, the atmosphere, care less guest relations
The ship is old, not attractive at all.
Ship Details:
Ship Quality
Old, not updated like they claim.
Dining/Food
Main dinning rook, OK. Buffet area dirty, poor quality food. Never available seat, rude staff.
Stateroom Quality
The worst location, (all the way in the back of the ship). They had 6-8 workers work on our floor 5 out of the 7 days of the cruise.
Ship Staff Quality
Dinning room staff ar ethe only ones that went above and beyond. Guest relations staff spoke very poor english and were not helpful at all.
Entertainment & Activities
Sounds like fun if you speak Spanish. We did not understand anything!
