The Cruise411 "Lowest Price Guarantee"
Cruise411's success has been due to you, our valued customers. We realize how important it is to continue to offer the best service at the best price. Cruise411 would like to offer yet another outstanding offer to both our new and existing customers.
If you find a lower advertised rate that you qualify from a competitor, fax that quote to our Customer Service Department @ 757.233.5333, "ATTN: Lowest Price Guarantee". One of our customer service agents' will try to beat the rate and will respond to you within 24 hours *.

In order to qualify for the benefits of the Cruise411 "Lowest Price Guarantee", the customer must send within 48 hours from the date of deposit *, a copy of the advertisement including the rate which must be available for the identical cruise product. Cruise411 will then beat that price! To qualify, client must meet cruise line requirements for that rate. Once the "Lowest Price Guarantee" has been honored, no further price matches will be honored if submitted within the 48 hours.
* Cruise411's "Lowest Price Guarantee" is not applicable to bookings paid in full. Cruise 411's "Lowest Price Guarantee" does not apply to all available products. Certain cruise lines, ships and sailings may be excluded due to promotions.
Terms and Conditions for the "Lowest Price Guarantee"
After booking and placing a deposit on a cruise vacation from Cruise411.com, if a Cruise411 customer finds a lower advertised rate prior to sailing, the customer must fax within 48 hours from the date of deposit a copy of the advertisement or invoice to the Cruise411.com customer service department @ 757.233.5333, "ATTN: Lowest Price Guarantee". The rate that appears in the ad or invoice must be available for booking, and be on the identical "cruise only" product (ship, sailing date, cabin category, etc.).
The customer must be able to meet the requirements for any rules that apply to the rate as set forth by the cruise line offering the rate. Examples of requirements may include residency for regional specials, cruise line past guest only promotions, affinity group membership, age related discounts, etc. Coupons, Promotions, Rate Reductions and price matches are not combinable with each other, or with Cruise411's highest discount. Once the booking is paid in full, it is no longer eligible for the Cruise411 "Lowest Price Guarantee".
The "Lowest Price Guarantee" applies only to the cost of the cruise. The guarantee does NOT apply to air or land components, shipboard credits, group amenities, or other non-cruise product offerings used as enhancements to the basic cruise price and is valid on cruise lines that are members of CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association). Cruise411 retains to right to reject any advertised offer that in the opinion of Cruise411 may violate the policies of the cruise line in question. Cruise411 has no obligation to match or beat any valid price presented to Cruise411 after 48 hours from the date of deposit of a cruise vacation. This guarantee may change or be revised at any time without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions for Rate Adjustments
Requests for rate adjustments will be honored at the discretion of Cruise411, and will be subject to a fee of 10% of the fare differential (before discount). PLEASE NOTE that cruise lines will NOT allow rate adjustment after the cruise has completed the final payment. Discount percentage will be lowered at the discretion of the agency. Rate adjustments will invalidate all other promotions.
