Cabo San Lucas: The party capital of Baja Mexico, Cabo San Lucas is teeming with clubs, bars, party boats and also has duty-free local shops. Watersports and sightseeing are other popular activities that Cabo San Lucas vacationers pursue.

San Jose Del Cabo: Adjacent to Cabo San Lucas, this Mexican city is quieter and smaller.

Ensenada: Mexico's second-busiest port is just 68 miles from the US border. This city is filled with history, as some sites date back to its "discovery" in 1542. Ensenada's three biggest industries are fishing, shipping and tourism.

Todos Santos: Located in the Los Cabos vicinity, this Mexican town offers scenic beaches and a traditional Mexican experience.

Summer is the best season for watersports in the southern Baja peninsula. During the winter, temperatures average 59 degrees Fahrenheit, and in the summer this figure rises to 86 degrees.
