		The Restaurant In this open-seating restaurant enjoy a delicious full buffet breakfast with made-to-order specialties as well as fresh-baked pastries and breads. Lunch buffet features fresh salads, pasta dishes, hot entrees and desserts, while dinner is a wonderful multi-course affair that includes local specialties. Complimentary regional wines, beer, and soft drinks are included with lunch and dinner; complimentary sparkling wine is included at breakfast. Bottled water, specialty teas and coffees are always available free of charge. Seating Times: check on-board for hours of operation. Dress: We suggest smart casual attire and more formal attire (black tie not necessary) for the Captain's Dinner. Costs: Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are available at current bar menu pricing; complimentary local wines, beer, and soft drinks available during lunch and dinner; complimentary sparkling wine is available during breakfast. No reservations required. The Main Lounge During the afternoon guests can stop on by the main lounge for tea or a complimentary espresso and lattes as well as sandwiches, pastries and cookies.
