  • Seating Times: 5:15 - 9 PM.
  • Dress: We suggest smart casual dress attire which includes slacks and sports shirt for men and skirt or trousers with blouse or sweater for women. On formal evenings, we suggest a suit and tie or tuxedo for men and a cocktail dress or gown for women. Swimwear and shorts are not permitted.

Rotterdam Dining Room

This luxurious, two-tiered dining room offers scrumptious dining options such as continental cuisine, vegetarian, and low-carb meals, along with impeccable service.
  • Seating Times: Breakfast: 7 - 10 AM, Lunch: Noon - 2:30 PM, Dinner: Early: 5:45 PM & 6:15 PM, Main: 7:45 PM & 8:15 PM.

Pinnacle Grill is an intimate, reservations-only restaurant featuring Sterling Silver beef, fresh seafood dishes, an extensive wine list, and a luxurious setting
  • Seating Times: Lunch: check onboard for hours of operation; Dinner: 5:30 - 9:30 PM.
  • Dress: We suggest formal attire, which includes suit and tie or tuxedo for men and cocktail dress or gown for women.
  • Costs: $20 per person charge for dinner; $10 per person charge for lunch. Specialty drinks and alcoholic beverages are at current bar menu pricing.
  • Reservations are required.
An Evening at Le Cirque (in the Pinnacle Grill)
Enjoy the legendary Le Cirque ambiance and award winning cuisine at least one night on virtually every voyage. Dine on unique Le Cirque dishes such as lobster salad "Le Cirque", sweet corn soup and cote de boeuf and finish a fantastic meal with the restaurant's famous creme brulee.
  • Seating Times: Dinner only but check onboard for hours of operation.
