Dine in the main dining room anytime between 5:45 and 9:30 PM. Guests are usually seated within 20 minutes on a first-come, first-serve basis, depending on party size. Parties of 10 or more may need to be accommodated at different tables.

The Chef's Table
This exclusive dining event for 12 lucky guests features a multi-course dinner hosted by one of Carnival's master chefs. The evening includes a private cocktail reception, a tour of the galley led by the chef, and a sumptuous dinner in a non-traditional dining venue, such as the gallery or the library. (Dining location depends on the vessel).

Dress: We suggest formal attire.
Costs: $75 per dining guest; the fee does not include specialty beverages, beer, wine, and soft drinks which are offered at current bar menu prices.
Reservations are required and need to be made onboard at the ship's guest service desk.
Dine in ancient Grecian splendor at this elegant reservations-only steakhouse. Menu selections include prime aged beef, South African lobster, and a variety of other gourmet items. Live music and a dance floor complete the ambience.
Seating Times: Open for dinner 6-9:30 PM. Please allow 2 1/2 hours for your dining experience.
Dress: We suggest formal attire.
Costs: A nominal fee of $35 USD per dining guest, including gratuities. The fee does not include specialty beverages, beer, wine, and soft drinks which are offered at current bar menu prices.
Inspired by legendary luxury liners of days gone by, the two-level Truffles Restaurant provides elegant dining in a fabulous Art Deco setting. Every night features new appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, and, of course, desserts.
Seating Times: Breakfast: 7:45-9 AM; Lunch: Noon to 1:30 PM; Dinner: Early: 5:45-6:15 PM or Late: 8-8:30 PM.
